Q. Is there an academic discount?
A. The academic discounts have already been applied to products in the areas labeled Academic Titles and CountryData. In other products, there are instructions to contact our offices for academic pricing and/or campus-wide access.
Q. How do I access what I ordered?
A. Login to your account and visit your previous orders by clicking on My Products Page. You can access either your active "Online Subscriptions" or recent "Other Online Orders".
Q. When will I receive my order?
A. That depends on what you ordered. If you ordered a subscription with online access, you should receive confirmation and an access link soon after your order is placed and payment has been verified. If you ordered a subscription to be delivered by e-mail or print, we normally begin a subscription based on the last published date, but if the next issue is due out shortly, we will wait and begin your subscription with the newer issue.
If you ordered a non-subscription product that is available for download, you will receive access to download it as soon as your order has been processed and payment verified. If you have ordered a non-subscription product to be delivered from our office (Eastern Time in the US), please allow 24 business hours for us to prepare the order and send it. We have provided a box on the website for any special delivery instructions.
Q. Can I get a paid receipt?
A. Yes, the option to print a receipt is offered at the time of purchase. After purchase, a receipt can be printed by clicking on the order number in the Customer Services' option Order Status/History.
Q. Can I share the product I purchased?
A. All of our products are protected by copyright laws, and the purchase price of each product, unless specifically stated otherwise in writing or negotiated further, allows use by only one person. We offer reasonable pricing for second copies of print products, or for additional users of our online products, including campus-wide access.
